An interesting approach to measuring the impact of User Generated Content (UGC), comes in a comment piece in today's Observer newspaper.
Enough UGC was created last year to fill up 161 billion Apple iPod Shuffle's, and if only Steve Jobs had actually had those purchased from him, he'd be laughing.
