The Telecommunications Adjudicator has reported that there are now 1.7m Local Loop Unbundled (LLU) lines in the UK, up 200,000 from the status at the end of January.In their February month end report, the adjudicator also stated that line quality and migration processes need to improve to make more consumer friendly.
