1m Europeans connected by Fibre To the Home

There are now a million Europeans connected by Fibre To The Home (FTTH), pouring more than a little scorn on the non encouraging noises that Ofcom are making about its adoption in this country.

This figure represents only 1.4% of all broadband connections across Europe, with 65% of these connections in Sweden - overtaking Finland as a country where I'd quite like to be.
