More power to his elbow.Gordon Dick, a member of Nominet, has documented how he sued a spammer - and won, getting more than £1,300 in the process.
In his Scotch Spam! website, Dick outlines how he took on the dodgy practices of Transcom Internet Services Ltd and succeeded with a win in the small claims court.
The site also includes sample letters and lots of other advice if you want to follow in his footsteps.
