The European Union's top anti trust official has stated that Microsoft continue, despite warnings and court rulings, to obtain market share through "abusive behaviour".Neelie Kroes said yesterday:
"Microsoft is constantly gaining market share and that is what is worrying me in the workgroup server operating market. As a consequence of your abusive behaviour, you are getting positive results for the company — that's not acceptable in my opinion."Needless to day the boys from Redmond are disagreeing.
