Further to yesterday's posting, it seems that speculation that Virgin Media may be about to acquire Pipex has resulted in increased trading in the ADSL provider.Pipex's shares were up 2p to 17p in trading yesterday on the back of the rumours, as the UK broadband provider space continues to move towards consolidation.
