Epitiro inks Singaporean deal

Independent broadband benchmarking company Epitiro have previously secured a deal to measure the performance of ISPs in New Zealand for the country's regulators, but missed out on the UK deal in favour of the more accurate hardware device monitoring that SamKnows are going to be doing for Ofcom.

Their client based software solution has been chosen by their Singaporean counterparts now, according to a press release.

The country's Infocomm Development Authority (IDA) will deploy the technology to measure ISPs and encourage competition.

Epitiro's head honcho Gavin Johns said:
"The IDA is committed to growing Singapore into a dynamic global information and communications hub.

We are delighted to serve as an independent advisor to the IDA on the quality of Singapore's broadband service delivery."
Hardware device testing is far better though!
