New speedtest launches
Speedchecker.org has launched a speedtest - that's either new or it's not shown up in any results I've seen before - and so far the results seem to be reasonably indicative of the actual service levels on my 20Mb broadband service:
Clearly they have caught on to one of the big catches with speedtests - having a decent sized payload of a 10MB file to download. Perhaps the clueless people at Broadband Choices could learn a lesson or 2 from them?
