Address book functionality improved in Google Apps

Administrators can now control more contacts information within the Google Apps suite of outsourced cloud computing services offered by the search giant.

Among the new features, which are tailored to be attractive to users of Microsoft Outlook, is the ability for users to access their company's global address book and not just have in their address book those they have contacted before.

No doubt this won't be available on the ISP edition though as deployed by Virgin Media and Sky, as that would be a spammer's paradise!
