MySpace relaunches

Honestly, you've got to start wondering why they bother.

MySpace, the News Corporation owned social network that has almost been obliterated off the face of the planet by the success of Facebook, has launched a redesigned website intended to appeal to younger web users.

The site, which has been relaunched in the US ahead of a global relaunch next month, is focused on music, TV, films and celebrity news nowadays but still lost anything up to USD$100m last year and you really do have to wonder where they go from here if the relaunch does not turn around their ailing visitor statistics.
